ABOUT RASPBERRY JAM EVENT?
A Raspberry Jam a.k.a. “Raspberry Pi Jam” is an organized community event where
people gather, share knowledge, and learn new things about coding/electronics/robotics
in general along with other Raspberry Pi enthusiasts.
If you’re interested in digital technology, want to find out more about Raspberry Pi or you’re
ready to show off what you’ve created using your electronic computer boards and hardware,
then be our guest. This is an opportunity for you to meet other Raspberry PI enthusiasts
and discuss with other digital makers about what they’re using their hardware for.
Raspberry Pi computers are used everywhere from homes, schools, and factories to
penguin colonies, volcanoes, and the International Space Station.
In support of the promotion of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM))Education, and to celebrate the eighth birthday of the pocket-sized Raspberry Pi Computer, Peter Albertson Limited in collaboration with Chemline House Training & Event Centre, Ikeja, Lagos-Nigeria is organising the Ikeja Tech Mates Inaugural Raspberry Pi Jam event.
DATE And TIME?
March 4th 2020 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
LOCATION?
Chemline House, 7 Obasa Road,Off Oba Akran Avenue, Ikeja – Lagos, Nigeria.
You are invited to come and see for yourself how this amazing little computer is changing
technology and shaping education. Please note, parking is available on site.

This event is free to attend, but as space is limited booking in advance is essential by

I have no previous experience with coding/electronics/Raspberry Pi?
That is no problem! All our Raspberry Jams are suited for beginners, right up to Pi experts.
All you need to bring is yourself and a Laptop.
How can I get there? Can I take public transport?
Chemline House Training & Event Centre is located at 7 Obasa Road, Off Oba Akran Ikeja and
is very easy to get to by car, or by public transport or train.To plan your journey,please

How often do these Raspberry Jam events run?
The Ikeja Tech Mates Raspberry Jam runs on the last Saturday of every month
throughout the year and it involves new activities each month.
What age range is this event suitable for?
All of our Raspberry Jam events are suitable for young people from age 14.
Want to showcase your Projects?
Those wishing to make a presentation of their Raspberry Pi Projects at this Inaugural event
can apply to do so via info@peteralbertson.com.ng on or before 22nd February 2020.
